In a recording career started in 1987 Pete Morton has recorded eleven albums under his own name. Described by The Guardian as "Not only impressive, but a revalation" and lauded by fRoots magazine as "...amongst the best the British roots music scene has produced in living memory" Pete Morton has a lot to live up to. He is a craftsman who not only creates his own songs, but skilfully weaves traditional songs and their often timeless themes into his own lyrics to create pithy new songs all of which are delivered with passion. A gifted wordsmith who often uses humour alongside barbed observations of the human condition and the world we live in. This new album introduces the listener to 'frapping' which is best described as 'Folk rappng' The CD as all the hallmarks of a classic.
