Security Info

All on-line transactions through Fish Records are processed through a secure server. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information is passed directly to us.
Technical info - the server uses SSL protection (3.0) and RC4 with 40 bit encryption.

When we receive your order, the information is processed and the product dispatched, we do not keep your details on file and do not release ANY of your details to any other organisation. Sale are only processed when we have the disc(s) ready to ship.

Our aim is to provide you with the safest and most secure service possible. You are in the company of thousands of people who have had a trouble and fraud free shopping experience with Fish Records.

If you still have reservations about using your credit card over the internet, that's no problem - you can submit your order via phone, fax or through the postal service (full details on all methods are on the 'how to order' page).

If you have any questions or queries regarding any of our policies or security issues please contact security@fishrecords.co.uk
