The third annual release from Bob, and like the previous albums, it features tracks from artists that operate outside the mainstream. While many of the names here will be immediately familiar to our customers (Dan Bern, Lori McKenna, Alice Peacock, The Be Good Tanyas), a good number of the tracks are from artists that will be new to many. 
As an exercise in promoting high quality independent singer/songwriters, this collection (and the 2 previous albums) are second to none - they mainly feature American artists, but also include UK and European acts.
All 15 songs here are really strong, and it's a collection that works well as a sampler disc, showing the depth and variety of artists available to those willing to look outside the mainstream.
